Under the terms of this limited warranty, from the date of purchase commercial and residential applications will be guaranteed for periods no longer than the terms listed in the chart shown. In no way, shape, or form does this limited warranty cover defects that result from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow operation and care instructions. In addition, this limited warranty does not apply to installation costs and does not cover claims for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
